Sell around the clock
The hours you currently close are hours the forecourt can trade. Overnight, public holidays, and any shift you cannot fill.
OPFCC Manager turns your existing forecourt into a 24/7 unattended self-service station. The customer scans the QR code at the pump with their own phone, pays by card or wallet, fuels, and gets an emailed receipt — no app to install, no card reader to buy, no attendant on site.
OPFCC Manager — the One Piece Forecourt Controller Manager — talks directly to the pump controller you already have, and it comes with the back office, the pump-side screens and the multi-site management built in.
This is the whole customer journey. It takes about as long to do as it does to read.
Every pump carries its own printed code. Scanning it opens that pump’s page in the phone’s browser.
HowThe code carries a rotating per-pump security token with an expiry you set, so a photographed or copied code stops working.
The customer picks a grade, then either a dollar amount or a number of litres.
HowOPFCC Manager checks the pump is free and reserves it first, and offers only the grades that pump actually dispenses.
Credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a fleet card billed to account.
HowCard details are tokenised in the customer’s browser by the payment gateway — they never touch your server. The pump is authorised for the chosen limit and not a cent more.
Litres and dollars count up on the phone as fuel flows. Hang up the nozzle and the receipt arrives by email.
HowA live connection to the dispenser drives the screen. The unused pre-authorisation is refunded the moment the nozzle goes back.
On your side, the sale opens, authorises, delivers, refunds the difference and files itself. No end-of-shift reconciliation, no manual settlement, no over-charge to argue about the next morning.
Four commercial reasons, before any of the technical detail.

The hours you currently close are hours the forecourt can trade. Overnight, public holidays, and any shift you cannot fill.
Self-service does not need a console operator watching it. Staff the shop when the shop earns it, not when the pumps demand it.
Fuel is paid for before it flows. The pump is authorised for the pre-authorised limit only, so it cannot deliver more than the customer has already covered.
Change a grade price, a fee, a restriction or every pump-side screen from the browser and see it on the forecourt straight away.
Live pump states and connected customer sessions on one board. Fuel sales by product over any interval. Every transaction as a full record — pre-auth, final amount, rate, GST, refund, card scheme, masked card number, receipt reprint and the raw record behind it.
Refunds are one click against any transaction. Prices change live and are logged. The settings that can take a site down sit behind a separate passcode, checked on the server.

Each one is built into the platform, not bolted on and not licensed separately.
Per-pump QR, grade and amount selection, card and wallet payment, live fuelling screen, emailed receipt, and a session that recovers safely if a phone drops out.
How the payment worksSpeaks your existing IFSF-style controller — reserve, authorise, abort, lock, clear, delivery data and nozzle state — and reflects every event within a second.
How it connects

Pump-side screens that follow the pump’s real state, laid out on a drag-and-drop canvas and updated across every dispenser at once.
See OPFCC Manager SignSite monitoring, fuel sales, a filterable audit trail, one-click refunds, live pricing, fees, full site setup and your own public website copy.
Look insideCard blacklisting, device risk scoring, optional geofencing, hot-card checks on fleet sales, and GST-correct Australian receipts on every sale.
How it is protectedEvery station isolated from every other — its own database, prices, grades, fees, branding, pump layout, screens and scoped credentials.
Run a networkA walkthrough starts with your site: what controller you run, how the pumps are laid out, which hours you are closed and what that is costing. We come back with what unattended trading looks like on your forecourt, and what it takes to get there.
