The questions owners actually ask
Straight answers. If yours is not here, ask it at the walkthrough.
No. Scanning the code at the pump opens a page in the phone’s own browser. There is nothing to install, no account to create, and nothing to remember for next time.
OPFCC Manager integrates with IFSF-style forecourt controllers and drives your existing dispensers through the controller you already run. The two it runs on today are Enabler and Gilbarco. If yours is a different one, we identify it and confirm compatibility during the site survey, before anything is quoted. No dispenser replacement is required for payment.
The payment and pump bridge run on hardware at your site rather than in a distant data centre, so the parts that keep the forecourt working keep working. Deployment is containerised with automated nightly database backups and alerting.
Automatically. The customer’s card is pre-authorised for the limit they chose, the pump is authorised for that same limit, and the difference between the pre-authorisation and the fuel actually delivered is refunded the moment the nozzle goes back. Nobody settles it by hand. You can also refund any transaction with one click from the back office.
Not you. Card details are tokenised in the customer’s browser by the payment gateway and are never stored on the station’s server. That is the accurate description — we do not claim certifications the platform does not hold.
Yes, and you change them yourself from the browser. Per-grade prices change live and are logged. Service fee percentages are set per payment method and surcharges per card scheme, and both appear itemised on the customer’s receipt.
Yes. Fleet cards and Motorpass are billed to account, with odometer capture at the pump and a hot-card check before the sale is accepted. Fleet sales sit in the same audit trail as card sales, and the method switches on or off per site.
The customer-facing app runs in English, Farsi, Chinese, Arabic, Vietnamese and Hindi, with full right-to-left support, and the customer chooses at the pump. Your own website copy is machine-translated into every supported language when you save it in the back office.
No. OPFCC Manager Sign is part of the platform, not a requirement of it. Payment works without a single screen on the forecourt. If you do want screens, they are driven by the same system, so they always match the pump’s real state.
It depends on the number of pumps, the controller and whether screens are part of the rollout, so we scope it at the site survey. You get a typical installation duration with the quote.
The fuel already delivered is charged and the receipt is emailed as normal — the transaction is not held together by the phone staying awake. If a phone drops connection before fuelling starts, the reservation is released so the pump is not left authorised and stranded.
Each pump’s code carries a rotating security token with an expiry you configure, so a photographed or copied code stops working. On top of that, card blacklisting, device risk scoring and optional geofencing all run before a pump is authorised.
Bring it to your forecourt
A walkthrough starts with your site: what controller you run, how the pumps are laid out, which hours you are closed and what that is costing. We come back with what unattended trading looks like on your forecourt, and what it takes to get there.
- Site survey confirms controller compatibility before anything is quoted.
- Your existing dispensers stay where they are.
- You keep control of prices, fees and screen content from day one.
