One Piece Automation

We build OPFCC Manager: unattended self-service fuel retailing for independent Australian stations and small-to-mid retail networks. Software, forecourt integration, pump-side screens and the back office, from one team.

What we build

OPFCC Manager — One Piece Forecourt Controller Manager — is named for the thing it actually does: it manages your forecourt controller. It turns a forecourt that already exists into one that trades with nobody on site. A customer scans the code on the pump with their own phone, pays by card or wallet, fuels, and is emailed a receipt — no app to install, no card reader to buy, no attendant standing by.

Everything the page above describes is ours end to end: the payment flow on the customer’s phone, the link to the forecourt controller already in your console room, the pump-side screens, and the back office where prices, grades, fees, refunds and the audit trail live. One team builds it, installs it and answers the phone about it.

The quote that started it

Independent operators kept being quoted six figures to make a forecourt trade after hours, and being handed a system they could not change afterwards. Prices went through the vendor. Screen content went through the vendor. A new fee took a support ticket.

OPFCC Manager was built the other way round. It runs on the pumps and the controller you already have, and everything commercial about it — prices, grades, fees, restrictions, screens, receipts and your own public website copy — is yours to change from a browser, live.

What to expect from us

The survey comes first

We identify your controller and map your forecourt before anyone talks about a number. Compatibility is confirmed, not assumed.

Your hardware where possible

No dispenser replacement for payment. Where station-owned hardware makes sense, we deliver it as a sealed appliance instead of a black box.

Handover means handover

You leave the commissioning with the back office logins, the passcode gate set, and the ability to change every commercial setting yourself.

Meet our team

A small team, which is the point: the person who surveys your forecourt and the person who writes the software that runs it are the same two people you will keep dealing with after it is live.

    Founder

Started the company on the argument this page makes, and runs the customer side of it — the site walkthrough, the survey, the quote written against your forecourt, and the commissioning that hands the back office over to you.

Australian-built, Australian-supported

OPFCC Manager is designed, built and supported in Australia, in Australian English, in AUD, with GST-correct receipts and Australian date formats throughout — on the customer’s phone, on the pump-side screens and on every document the back office produces.

We are in Seaford, Victoria. The office is open Monday to Friday, 5 am to 4 pm, and closed on Saturday and Sunday — reach us on info@onepieceauto.com.au or +61 415 125 678. Those are the hours to reach a person. They are not the hours your forecourt keeps: once a site is live it trades unattended around the clock, and it goes on taking payments long after we have gone home.

Bring it to your forecourt

A walkthrough starts with your site: what controller you run, how the pumps are laid out, which hours you are closed and what that is costing. We come back with what unattended trading looks like on your forecourt, and what it takes to get there.

  • Site survey confirms controller compatibility before anything is quoted.
  • Your existing dispensers stay where they are.
  • You keep control of prices, fees and screen content from day one.

Book a site walkthrough

Tell us about the forecourt and we will come back with what an unattended setup looks like on it — what connects to your controller, what stays as it is, and what it costs.

If you know it. If you do not, we will identify it at the site survey.

We use your details to answer your enquiry. Nothing else, and nothing on-sold.
