Platform

One platform, every station

Different pumps, different prices, different branding, different languages at the pump — and one place to run them from. Each site is genuinely separate underneath, so a mistake at one station cannot reach another.

Two forecourts side by side in different branding, each with its own price sign, run from one platform

What each site keeps to itself

Not a shared table with a site column. A separate database per station.

Its own data

Its own isolated database and its own scoped credentials.

Its own commercials

Prices, grades, fees, surcharges and minimum amounts, set independently.

Its own identity

Logos, grade colours, receipt branding and public website copy.

Its own forecourt

Pump layout, grade mapping, controller connection and screens.

Its own codes

Per-pump QR security tokens that mean nothing at any other station.

Its own rules

Payment methods, geofencing and restrictions switched per site.

From template to trading

A new site starts from a template or from scratch, in minutes rather than a project.

  1. Create the site

Start from an existing station as a template, or from an empty one.

HowThe template carries your commercial defaults, branding and screen programs across.

  2. Map the forecourt

Pump ids, grades, blends and the controller connection for that site.

HowNon-contiguous numbering and mixed grade layouts are expected, not exceptions.

  3. Set the commercials

Prices, fees, surcharges, minimum amounts and which payment methods that site takes.

HowAll of it editable later from the browser, logged when it changes.

  4. Print and go

Per-pump QR decals, screen programs, and the site is trading.

HowTokens are generated per pump for that site alone and rotate on the schedule you set.

Whoever pulls in, whatever they read

The customer-facing app runs in six languages with full right-to-left support, chosen by the customer at the pump.

Six languages

English, Farsi, Chinese, Arabic, Vietnamese and Hindi, with right-to-left layouts done properly rather than mirrored.

Light and dark

Phone-first, in either theme, on any modern phone browser. Nothing to install.

Your words, translated

Your own website copy is machine-translated into every supported language when you save it.

Deployment

Runs at the site, managed from anywhere

The payment and pump bridge run on hardware at each station, so a dropped internet link does not take that forecourt with it.

Deployment is containerised with automated nightly backups and alerting, and station-owned hardware can be delivered as a sealed appliance with encrypted disk, no local logins and remote support only.

Bring it to your forecourt

A walkthrough starts with your site: what controller you run, how the pumps are laid out, which hours you are closed and what that is costing. We come back with what unattended trading looks like on your forecourt, and what it takes to get there.

  • Site survey confirms controller compatibility before anything is quoted.
  • Your existing dispensers stay where they are.
  • You keep control of prices, fees and screen content from day one.

Book a site walkthrough

Tell us about the forecourt and we will come back with what an unattended setup looks like on it — what connects to your controller, what stays as it is, and what it costs.

If you know it. If you do not, we will identify it at the site survey.

We use your details to answer your enquiry. Nothing else, and nothing on-sold.
